We designed our 144 BCD (5-bolt) chainring to work seamlessly with wide track chains - this means ordinary 10 or 11-speed chains won't work. If you're opting for our 144 BCD Track chainring, please make sure your drivetrain is running a wide track chain. Please note that our 144 BCD chainring does NOT feature variable (narrow/wide) teeth thickness
