How we process your orders at


The ordering process for paid services in our online store allows you to check your order before you proceed with your purchase: please check the details of the order before you proceed to payment. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stipulated fees for the relevant paid service. Upon receipt of the goods, please check carefully the components of the order.

If you have questions regarding delivery time for your order, please contact us via email or any other way available. After shipping your order, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please note that sometimes processing may take a little longer.


You may either pay for your order with credit card, PayPal or using the wire transfer. Credit card billing system does not disclose your card information for storing or to the third parties. Our payment gateway uses secure payment service providers to make sure that your payments are secure: we provides a secure HTTPS connection and two-factor authentication by 3D (please note that on our website you can only pay with card that supports 3D Secure protocol for processing online payments).

Please email us the payment confirmation (include "Order payment confirmation" in the email subject) after processing a wire transfer in order to let us ship your order faster.


We ship our products worldwide using standard tracked post service as well as express shipping services (FedEx, DPD, DHL, EMS etc.).

After shipping of your order, we will email you a notification with tracking number. You will be able to receive your order within about 10-15 business days in Europe and within about 15-25 business days in the rest of the world via standard mail or within about 3-10 business days via express mail. These terms may be different depending on the customs' and your local post offices' processing speed (except for express mail service). Also, due to the unexpected circumstances we have no control over, shipping time may be different.

PLEASE NOTE: our orders leave the departure country within 1-2 days after shipped using standard post service. If you need help finding your order's location, please feel free to contact us via email or by phone.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will always be able to track your order in your country when using standard post (sometimes foreign post services apply their own package labels, so our tracking numbers won't work), but in case you haven't received your order within 45 days after the shipping date, we may ship your order again at our cost using express post service or fully refund you (please refer to our Warranty and Returns page).
